  1. Oh I’ve travelled through Ludlow many a time on my way to Wales to see my mama and papa, but have never stopped. If I was still in Wales, I would have made a point of going to the Ludlow festival, one of the best in the U.K. Happy judging and have a good day all round. Looking forward to reading more.

  2. I didn’t manage to get to the Ludlow Food Festival this year. Hopefully, next year. I love the vibe, so very different from any other food shows I have been too.
Hope the sausage judging went well and that you don’t have too much trouble with the descriptives. Looking forward to your blog post.

    1. Hi Margaret,
It is a great festival. It was the busiest I have ever seen it this year, and other than sausage tasting we didn’t get much chance to see anything else. Young children don’t have the same fascination with food festivals…

  3. Oh Good Luck, though I know you will do a splendid job. And you get to go to the Ludlow Food Festival too, which by all accounts is a great foodie event. Have fun and I look forward to hearing all about it.

Just realised this is all in the past now – oops – hope it went well anyway.

    1. Hi David,
Lovely to see you here. Yes, those queues were very long. The expert’s choice was Griffith’s sausage. I am still waiting to hear exactly what flavour that was – it had ginger in I am sure, and which sausage was the people’s choice. By blog post all about it will appear once I have confirmation of these facts from the organisers.
      Kath
